The last two meets, I've seen a lot of improvement in the boys' team, which is good to see. We hope to peak at the right time and this is the time we want to start to see that.

Collectively she's taken a lot of time off her race.

It's nice to have someone in between Jason and our third runner. It's nice to have someone fill that gap.

Alyssa Snyder had a really good race. She started out farther back and moved her way up throughout the race.

All of our boys competed really hard today. I was really happy with the outcome.

That's him. Jason has his own strategy for pacing himself and he does it well.

Rachel is coming off an injury from track. She's doing really well for her first full season out.

It was tough competition today, but I do think it was good for the girls to have that competition.

Cory had a good day today. He was hurting by the end of the day, but he gutted it out and he qualified.

We only had four runners, but the one's that were there competed hard.
